From Slingsby:
Please take great care when driving through the village.
Turn off the B1257, go down The Balk, then turn right down Green Dyke
Lane, go to the end of Green Dyke Lane , turn left and go 1.3 miles
to the end of Long Lane and Carr House Farm is at the very end.
From the A1 travelling South:
Take the A61 exit signposted Thirsk. Travel
through Carlton Miniott into Thirsk and at the roundabout take the
first exit onto A61/Westgate. Follow the road through the Market
Place and remain on the A61 leading out of the Market place and
over the bridge. At the mini roundabout
turn right. Head down Long Street and turn left at the roundabout
following signs for A170/Sutton Road. Remain on the A170 for approximately
12 miles, travelling through Sutton village and up Sutton Bank. Turn
right at the B1257 and continue through Sproxton. Follow the B1257
for approximately 8.5 miles before reaching Slingsby. Refer to the
local directions.

From the A1 travelling North:
Take the junction signposted A64/York and travel to York. Remain on the A64 through York. On leaving York, travel approximately 16 miles until reaching Malton. Turn left onto the B1257 and travel to Slingsby. Refer to the local directions.
